Scattering Amplitudes with the Pure Spinor Formalism

In this talk I will present recent results of superstring scattering amplitudes obtained with the pure spinor formalism. In particular, I will show how the simplifying features of the formalism allowed a first principles computation of the overall coefficient of the full supersymmetric 4-pt amplitude at 2-loops, something which could not be done to this date with the other formalisms.
